In this in-between-isode we talk with Mathematician, teacher and lover of hockey – Micah Blake McCurdy. Micah runs the website hockeyviz.com where he posts visualized stats and predictive models. While this may sound commonplace in today’s stats filled world, Micah has a gift for crafting and asking better questions. And, when you ask a better question you often get a more intriguing and insightful answer. It was a pleasure to talk with Micah and if you’re a geek like us, totally worth putting up with the internet quality audio.
